We just moved to the area and are looking for an ECNL club for our daughter. We are looking for a dad coach, one who has no coaching credentials, but dresses up like a coach. We like coaches that put the team second behind their other team, we think that is a plus. We also want a DOC that provides no help and lets the coaches and parents run the club. Most important, we want a team where we can show up on our time, so if we have basketball or lax, we can go to those, and attend soccer when we have time in our schedule. Are there any ECNL clubs like that in PA?

Shame y’all have to criticize Real and Haddonfield on no basis while your club is a complete dumpster fire. More people should wake up and smell the coffee what a sham ECNL is

You’re wrong, ECNL is quality but I agree RL is very subpar, not worth the time, money and effort.

Every single post trashing other clubs, other teams, other leagues are just posts by the super pathetic FC Bucks 06 ECNL parental deflection squad. Rather than look at themselves and see how they have become youth soccer's biggest dumpster fire, they attempt to deflect and trash others - they have been doing this for almost a year now.
Do not take the bait and allow your attention to be take away from these 4 key facts about this team!!!
1. Fake tryouts - team picked at a Back Room Deal (BRD) meeting at parents house.
2. Coached by an unqualified and unlicensed dad coach who is only looking out for his own kids interest, and is only there to prop her up.
3. Checked out coach, who is more than happy to collect a pay check and do as little as possible in return. No feedback. No communication. Routinely misses games and practices and shows up late.
4. Team barely trains - maybe 1x a week and even then, it rarely gets fully participation.

This post. Spot on. These facts can’t be disputed. Sad facts but true and the RL has nothing to do with these facts. Buyer beware with regard to the FC Bucks 2006 ECNL Girls team. Can’t say you weren’t warned.
