    Team Boca - Boys

We are new to the area and I am getting mixed reviews on the program for boys offered through Team Boca. How do they rate against other clubs in the area - I keep hearing "Weston" and "West Pines" have great player development but they are just too far. Opinions??? Suggestions????

Don't know that this helps but the only team TB has left in SC boys or girls, is the u17 boys.

Stay close to home. Nobody does any kiind of developing in South Florida. Find a private trainer that can do extra work with your kids, and take them to the best team that is close to where you live. Team Boca is a decent club.

Team Boca has a great program for boys and girls. Great coaching and development and great fields (FAU). I have 2 children playing Team Boca and we love it. Team Boca develops more scholarships than any other tea in the area. Come out to tryouts and you will be very satisfied.

Boys U10 --- SAT for development and you can still play with Team Boca if you want. SAT is supplemental training and also participates in tournaments. They are in Parkland -- not far from Boca and very positive environment

Team Boca is a glorified rec program. especially on the boys side. It really comes down to what you want. Do you want both kids in the same program? It is very hard to find a club that is good with boys and girls.

One idea would be to check out Sunrise. Small club, but very competitive boys and girls teams

You are so biased. At younger aged groups which is what she is looking for, Team Boca whales on Sunrise.

Don't take it personally . . . To people from Sunrise, EVERY CLUB is a "glorified rec team". But really, they are very good, but have a bunch of babies as players. They cry when they don't win.

I am actually from Boca United. Think Team Boca is a joke. I just respect Sunrise. OK?

hahaha that has to be a joke... Younger players Tb, maybe older age groups but in the younger age groups, TB has no clue on how to improve players....

TB has a solid U9 and U11 the rest are your normal kickabll teams... If you don;t have a kid in this age groups then you should go somewhere else...

U11 Sunrise boys were great this year, winning various tournaments. u14 sunrise girls made the round of 16 in state cup.
