With the spring season in full go mode it will be only weeks before clubs start offering contracts to their top girls for next year. We all know south shore select leads the state of Massachusetts as being the most expensive club in the state, but it will be very interesting to see if they become the 1st $5000 a year club. They will probably go with $4999 but for better banter lets hope its $5000+.

It's about way more than just soccer. Well worth the money. If you can't afford it, go get a better job.

Must be something in the water over there, and yeah, we could afford it, but why do that to our kids. Want them to actually learn how to play the game, not overdribble and randomly shoot from whereever they end up on the pitch.

But you are talking about capitalism. The price is whatever the market will bear.

Either way, the previous posters point is that we can all choose how much we pay and what we pay for. That is accurate.

Soooo.... if parents have 2 kids at SSS it would cost them $10,000/year just to be part of the club. 3 kids $15,000. Holy moly! Thats alot of freakin money for your kids to play soccer.
