Thinking about a shift in clubs for my middle school son and observed a few practices for Valley. Style of soccer was very similar to what we have experienced- but the coach constantly screams at his players to the point where they seemed confused on the field. This guy embarrasses and humiliates more than he coaches. Definitely wasn’t impressed at all and won’t be considering them moving forward.

I’ve heard some not so good things from various parents. Words like unprofessional and disrespectful being used to describe the coaching. Some indicated they are leaving the program at the end of the spring season.

Touting that his older boys play for Revolution Academy obviously provides him with a level of arrogance. His behavior on the sidelines, however, is abysmal and someone needs to shut his mouth. If OD knows what’s good for the club, he needs to correct this bully culture before it blows up in his face.

CFC valley on FSAs doorstep and with FSAs ECNL teams loosing so badly to EDP teams In Their own tournament I am sure we will see local family’s who don’t want to drive to far make the move to CFC valley. This thread sounds like it was made by FSA management feeling the pressure after the past weekend.

Regardless of this weekend FSA ECNL is certainly not worried about CFC Valley.
FSA CT on the other hand....valley has been taking fsa players in droves these past few years.
If an ECNL player is leaving for Valley that would be a terrible decision.

How quickly TS posts go completely off topic. The OP was commenting about U12 boys coach ...... not FSA and not ECNL
Always someone trying to push their own narrative
