It's tough when you were on the top for so long, and now you are looking up at FP. The only way is to come on TS and act like a 2-year-old.. Most people at TBU are great, and the club is good. It's the same 2 trolls that either got let go from FP, or little Johnny didn't make the team. Now they are dumb enough to self promote FP all day on here! It's a win!Comment

And the trolls do not know how to spell, have terrible grammar and seem to be unemployed so that they can post dozens of threads about FP and "Errand Boy" per day. I agree, most families at TBU are great and class acts who understand what's going on. This guy (or guys) gives them a terrible name worse than their ugly uniforms do. But it is all good. We need 2-3 good clubs in town to keep the clubs competing for the benefit of soccer in the area.

I think the bickering is more about money. Florida premier has a lot more members. Tbu members are declining. Tbu has done everything to keep florida premier from getting a full ecnl. Everything tbu has tried, has not work. Next season when Florida Premier gets the girls ecnl, this will be the nail in the coffin for tbu.Comment

You are half right. TBU did lobby like hell to keep FPFC out of the boys ECNL but ultimately was not successful. They are currently arguing against FPFC getting full girls ECNL but will also be unsuccessful. FPFC has grown from 20 teams to 150 teams in 5 years and gone from USA to ECNL. That's what they have accomplished. The league can see that and is betting they will continue to grown and improve. So that is the half where you are wrong.
And TBU is not really an all in club as long as they put their second teams into ECNL on the boys side and rent out their ECNLR spots.

No question FP is growing and this is why they got boys ECNL, which is also growing. Unfortunately you are a bit late to the table for the girls side. The league is just about full and they can be extremely selective with how they let in. Also, they are getting heat from the top clubs that they expanded too fast and the competition level is dropping.
