Stuart Campbell is a top coach and was well sought after in the professional game. However anyone would switch to make money and stay with a friends business to get his work permit!

Stop hating. He's not the first illegal immigrant to work in soccer and wont be the last.

Everyone knows in Wesley chapel that the believens run their club account however they want.
The master board with JP endorse all the moves they make and knows about SC and his wife Tammy accessing the club's account and funds for themselves. Not sure that's in line with thats legal.

I am choosing to look at this through only the lens of what does my kid get out of this. Maybe someone can answer this for me?

-Currently a parent at another Tampa club
-Our current club leadership seem like shysters too.
-We pay significantly more $ to play in the same league that a WC team is in with us.
-Our coach is a lazy turd.
-I know and trust a parent that has said WC has been the better option this year

Still struggling to pull the trigger for a year and try it out because the club has always seemed like a rec-level dump, but after this year at current club, I feel that if my kid does not make ECNL level or better team, then there is really no point in sweating competition level.

So my question here is if I save like $1k going to WC for the year next year will I feel like I got it without lube like I do this year? Going in to it knowing there seems to be some standing accusations against leadership... not expecting miracles, just 3 trainings a week and some games/tourneys cause we are really struggling to get jack sh1t this year.

Anyone have any meaningful thoughts or at least entertaining insults?

So I'm guessing you are at TBU or FP and probably an 06 or 05, which are the 2 teams WC has playing as TBU. the WC 06 isn't bad. Keep in mind, you will also have to buy a TBU kit (if you don't have it already) to play on one of those 2 teams in addition to the sporting tampa kit. And, you pay extra to be on the ECNLR teams so the savings may not be as much as you think. The rest of WC is a dumpster fire so you are better with a lazy coach where you are then going there if your kid doesn't make the ECNL or ECNLR team where you are at.

Yes unfortunately bought the turds novi was passing off as chocolate.
-Team seemed talented, but after tryouts you get to see the soccer IQ :(
-Coach seemed promising and talked a good game, but misses a lot of practice, (havent trained since Oct) FP as a whole kinda shut down senior teams for HS season, but even if they didnt I doubt we would be doing much.

I dont particularly care if I cough up for the ugly green kit, and I cant see the ECNL upcharge being more than 2k. Not that the $ itself is the issue, I would just like to feel like my kid is getting... well really anything in return.
