Anyone get a message for the team assignments for this years ODP? Seems there are three teams. RED, WHITE and BLUE. Are these teams put together like "A" , "B" and "C" teams, or are all there pretty much the same, skill wise?

If you paid attention to the parent meeting you would know all 3 are supposed to be even. I know a few girls in my Ds age group and they are spread out pretty well but I guess we will see.
Why do people do ODP? Same reason people do extracurriculars in HS - to pad the college application. Every knows East coast is dog doo in terms of competition. The best you can do is stand out with ODP or ID2 selection, national futsal team or something other then played for X club in X league.

Add to that, they’re now fielding 3 teams at every age group. Are other states doing this as well?
If kids are using it for extra training and games, good stuff. But it’s no longer an elite program.
