they should have allowed outdoor. Indoor isn't crazy risky but higher - still a good PR move that sadly will crush indoor facilities. Many schools are going on line and kids need that physical activity and social interaction. Yes weather can be an issue sometimes but there's many days you can practice outside with a few layers on.

Yes and dopey Lamont said that he was doing this to keep schools open, yet list have gone 100% online. Makes a lot of sense.

Hope he can sleep at night with the increases in depression, suicide, obesity (in children), disease, social isolation and kids being a full year behind in school.

The cure is worse then disease.
This could literally kill more kids then the virus.

Tell you kids to nut up. 100 years ago they would have been working in the mines. Now that would have been a bummer.

If indoor facilities are open, can kids go there to play, or is he going to shut these down as well?

It's a quiet period normally anyway. If it had to be shut down now isn't a terrible time. Kids got to play all fall, even HS, which many states didn't have. My kids coaches are already making plans to sessions. They won't be caught behind the 8 ball like the were last spring.

Kids can do things outdoors 6ft apart. Granted will be cold but it could work. Why are these people so incompetent??

Blanket approaches seems to be all they know. Throw on a hat, gloves and long johns and play away outside. Dumb dumb dumb
