From CT CDC guidelines.
“An Affected Traveler is a person entering into Connecticut after spending 24 hours or longer in one of the Affected States or Affected Countries within 14 days prior to arriving in Connecticut and who is staying in Connecticut for 24 hours or longer.” Last I checked soccer games are under 2 hours. Play your game and go home. -

Everyone knows COVID can’t be transmitted across state borders unless people stay for more than 24 hours. It’s surprising that people even have to wear masks if they re just in town for half a day. The wise old governors know more than all of us for sure.Comment

The problem isn't with CT's restrictions, or loopholes to be found within them. If CJSA has a say in it, they will not allow MA teams to play in CT, regardless of the 24-hour thing. This is the most clever virus. It’s able to adapt to different phases and rollouts. It’s only a matter of time before it figures out how to cross borders and enter box stores and schools.
