Gov Baker just announced that low risk communities will move to Phase 3 Step 2. Anyone knows if this effectively will lift some of the youth soccer restrictions? I am thinking about games attendance, specially for the younger ones, it is sad that only 1 parent can attend.

Lower risk communities are defined as cities and towns that have not been a “red” community in any of the last three weekly Department of Public Health (DPH) weekly reports.
Effective October 5, a limited number of sectors will be eligible to reopen, with restrictions, in Step II of Phase III for lower risk communities only.

According to this globe article the MIAA and some ADs are interpreting this as 250 fans allowed at outdoor sports field/venues

If Im understanding Tuesday's updated Ma. guidelines posted by Gov Baker, we (most of us besides few "red" zones), may be back closer to normal starting Monday 10/5? Ma games will lift the mask/spectator restrictions? Do clubs/towns need MYSA directives first or are we good to go?

For club, since no one really owns fields besides Stars, everyone is still at the mercy of the facility owner/operator and local cities for masks/spectator numbers,
For example the City of Boston is not moving to Phase 3 Step 2 yet, so the spectator levels stay the same if the facility is in Boston.
