    Private Soccer Training Mistakes

These trainers need to stop worrying about filming your kids training sessions and start focusing more on why you are paying them which is to train your kid. Too many are worried about building their own social media and getting their name out there. The best form of marketing for a trainer is the improvement of the player they are teaching. Certainly not a 10 second Instagram video tagging the kid and often even spelling his or her name wrong in the post. It’s okay to film them once your built a working relationship with the kid and family over the coarse of time. And to you parents running your kid from trainer to trainer always trying to find the next best thing you need to stop! Give 1 or 2 of them a chance to learn your kid’s strengths and weaknesses and have them try and address the issues to make your kid a stronger player. Stop searching for the next best thing. Many of these trainers are fantastic if you just give them a chance.

My kid sees a trainer occasionally and the best part is that he never films or makes marketing materials. The hour is the hour and it’s no wasted time.

we once went to a trainer who filmed everything and made sick videos but to his credit the hour we paid for he basically turned into two hours of training because he wanted to film.

      Course. Not Coarse.

FYI all the REAL players already train with the top trainers and the people around here know said trainers.....nobody is running from trainer to trainer if they know what they are doing and their kid is already an established talented player.

Most trainers are just collecting a check. Some of these guys have groups of 15 players in “private” training sessions. Some trainers have kids running in circles around cones. How does this help your kid? It’s definitely buyer beware when it comes to these “trainers”.

LOLthis has to be trolling. Oh there’s a group of top trainers but it’s a secret who they are but if you’re not training with them you’re kid isn’t a real player. Such typical TS stupidity.
