PDA overall for NJ with few exceptions. CSA for girls at 2009 and younger, So I would consider CSA Monmouth for your girl, the best facilities around and the best coaching / training / teams for the younger girls

PDA is the best.
If she cannot make it into a PDA team then NJ Premier. NJ Premier is a feeder club into PDA; no formal arrangement but many girls are able to make it into PDA from there.

Yes PDA and CSA are good but I know 2011 team in Toms River think they are called Rangers that is very good at this age group

My daughter is on the CSA 2011 team and we are moving over to Matchfit in the fall. (The entire team. We are also moving over with the CSA 2009 team.) Matchfit is probably the best choice for your daughter.

Without divulging your town, it is difficult to access clubs...but good ones for youth development:both town and club teams
Somerset - PDA-NJ Premier
Mercer - PSA Princeton/Match Fit/Next level
Hunterdon - Hunterdon FC
Middlesex - FC Copa/Valencia/Old Bridge Girls/Monroe
Monmouth - Eastern Cedar Stars-Ocean-Holmdel NJX-PSA Wildcats (good town programs)
Monmouth Western - Marlboro-FC Copa-Howell-Freehold (good town programs)
Union-Union SC-Union County FC, Westfield, Scoth Plains/Fanwood
these pop into my head...the reast depends on your family situatuion, travel time and her playing level at 9 years old..good luck
