Unfortunately John Saunders is no longer with CSA...what a shame. What’s potentially more concerning is the constant churning of DOCs and coaches at CSA. On the girls side alone they’ve gone through 3 in 3 years....coaches are coming and going all the time. What is the reason? Is it $ or something specific to CSA? Both the boys and girls programs are now in the best leagues in the country so to see John Saunders leave at this juncture is worrisome.

As the op pointed out the problem is also the revolving door there which speaks volumes about what kind of a place it is. If it was a great place (other than facilities) more people would stay and make a career out it. In the meantime enjoy the natty light and Mama Celeste. They hired Niko back in March as a full time guy. My daughter has had a great experience with him so far. He cane from LVU and did great things there. Looks like imo they are adding not subtractingComment

That's one coach on an entire staff. He doesn't decide club policies or what league the club competes in. Also based on the preoffer thread, unless you got a direct offer for a specific team for next year you have no idea if your kid will be on his team again.
