Well I guess DM is not the only person at Cedar Stars who allows players to play on other teams while they are DA. Their DA players are playing for a town club team and missing their DA games

- not being rostered
- being a developmental player

Well I guess they must have some clearance because they are FT starters for DA and play the entire DA game. But also play and rostered on a town club team

The point was that it’s not only DM at Cedar Stars allowing it. What is the point of having DA if Cedar Stars isn’t going to follow the rules?

Is there a different interpretation here?

The point is why have a DA team if they do not follow the rules. Everyone knows the rules of playing DA so let’s not pretend that the kids don’t know. And shame on the adults for allowing it to happen.
So I guess you are ok with breaking the rules as long as it benefits your kid?? Way to teach your kids to be cheats!
