Why would they,TBU stinks in younger ages, kick and chase, the good players they have are not developed there.
Here goes TBU spreading chaos.
Spread this; 148 players in the last 6 years went to play In College from WFF.
Out of 22 players you would take at U13, how many from TBU would make it if Premier and WFF tried out? Maybe 3 or 4? Do a better job. -

Why develop? They make easier $$ in sales. Developing kids takes patience, passion, talent and hard work. Poaching is easier. And soccer in the US allows for that.
