It is so embarrassing what this club has become. FESA is not much better. At least they have stable leadership even if it is a used car salesman. If Cannon was qualified before when he was interim, why did they hire Bolo 1 year ago and now kick him to the curb??? Kids and Parents want to win and be developed to the highest levels available. Armada neglects girls side (so does FESA) and have this culture of koombaya where some kids and parents get favored status for random political reasons. Usually, it is families with multiple siblings and paying more squeezing out spots and playing time from those more capable with higher potential. Similar goes on at FESA but it is more passive aggressive at Armada. As long as these clubs focus on dollars first and winning last, they will be what they are. I always thought winning would bring the dollars but these clubs can't keep the parents away from the coaches and the reindeer games that comes with that.
