So my daughter, class of 2021, just informed me she wants to try to play soccer in college. Yes, very late In the game I know. I know she won’t be playing DIv 1 so save your comments. She has played for FC stars ECNL in the past but has no interest in going back there. Any recommendations for clubs, we are in the Nashua area, and don’t mind driving a bit. She just needs the opportunity to be seen this Spring since she missed it this fall during HS season.

Very late but not hopeless. Does she have a recruiting video put together and a resume ready? She needs that asap. There will be many ID events coming up soon and it may be worthwhile to attend one to see where she fits in. To be efficient I'd do one of the multi school ones so she can see what programs take a shine to her. Targeting is the key to success

You have 3 choices Seacoast, GPS and the fake Stars. You have to call each coach today and see who has space and if they are interested in adding players. Also, I call bull**** on this whole thread, but figured I had time and could answer.

I am bias as I have a daughter on the team, but if she wants to stay in NH, GPS NH NPL 2003 girls (assuming she is a 2003 birth year) would be her closest and best option unless you want Seacoast DA. Excellent team, stable coach, girls from all over NH and few from northern MA. They just got back from North Carolina, played this weekend at the GPS Thanksgiving Showcase, will play NEFC Showcase tournament in March and Jefferson Cup College Showcase in Virginia in late March and then somewhere for Memorial Day. They have several girls that are committed or in the process of committing to schools at all 3 divisions and have had great college coaching turnout at their recent games in NC and MA so the girls are getting great exposure.

To thread OP: get on the phone to clubs to see what openings they have. Most clubs will let your player come to a practice to see if there's a fit.

Maybe it's changed, but that was definitely not the case when we were there.
