On a separate note. I know there are lots of politics in these selections at all ages but only 5 of 59 from GA and FL is surprising. 19 from California.

Let's see what final team looks like. It was very DA heavy last time.

im too lazy to count but im sure a majority are from DA teams. concorde was DA and they played a year up when they were in DA. So that helps

Very DA heavy last time, obviously so. They know they can't go that route given that there's still a lot of great talent in ECNL

As for CA-heavy? It's always been west coast strong, both in terms of Nt selections and top college picks. Huge population, great clubs, strong soccer culture. Not so much of that around here, and outside of Atlanta there isn't a soccer culture in GA either

FKK player was at the Orlando DA playing up before as well. She�s been on the radar.

Girls ECNL been around longer. Most of the girls played and came thru ODP before DA, Result 4 world cups for women side. Lets see in the next 4 and 8 years what DA produces with now they will be heavily selected from there. Then we can evaluate before GIRLS DA how they did compared to now DA selections.

The outcome will be like the men's.

The WNT�s historic success was against a world that had very few countries putting ANY resources into the women�s game. Because of Title 9....the US was head and shoulders above the competition in time and money investment for girls and women�s soccer. Period. This is not up for debate.

Now...things maybe changed and the rest of the world is pouring money into the women�s side. UEFA has mandated that every team in Champions league have a corresponding women side. The world is catching us .

When the WNT doesn�t win the next World Cup it will have nothing to do with what patch the players had on their jersey when they were u15-u18.

No, only florida girls are MF from weston (shes not even the best MF on her team, but Mom and JS have a thing) and goalie from FKK
