    SUSC loses Girls DA Head Coach

    We are pleased to announce that Chris Scott will be joining NEFC as the new Girl’s Assistant Academy Director and the Girl’s Director of Coaching for the Central Region. Chris will report to Nick Burke.
    Chris, a native of Glasgow, Scotland, and has been coaching in the United States for the past 10 years, where he started working for Challenger Sports and then Elite UK Soccer. Before moving to NH, he coached in Atlanta GA for Cobb Football Club.
    Prior to the arriving to the United States, Chris played with the Clyde Football Club and Morton Football Club in Scotland. Through his playing experience he began coaching with local professional football clubs. He was involved coaching in the youth development system at St. Mirren Football Club and also achieved a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Physical Education from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
    Chris spent the past 8 years as Seacoast United (NH) Girls' Director of Coaching, where he was also the Tournament Director for Seacoast United, and oversaw the Girls Development Academy program last year.
    Chris has his Scottish Football Association (SFA) levels 1, 2, 3, and 4 along with his USSF B License and SFA Youth License. Chris will start with NEFC on August 1st.

    NEFC is a 501©3 not for profit premier soccer club which develops youth soccer players, ages 6-23 in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Through a staff of over 85, NEFC trains over 3,500 youth players and competes in competitive level and national level leagues.
