I think its a little bit of both. Win/Win for both clubs. Pinecrest gets to sell the DA dream and Weston gets to pull some talent from Dade county that they otherwise wouldn't have had access to. So, pinecrest girls get a "chance" to play "part time" or maybe "full time".
If they are going to play full time, why not just tryout at Weston? Or will they be allowed to miss the training sessions and just play? What do Weston parents feel about that? They pay Weston fees, pinecrest pays prob $600-$800 less, but they get to miss practice and play full time?
Let's not forget that they are just jumping pre-da players.

Thos is just a simple ploy by pinecrest and them.admitting that their decline means they will not even pursue DA.
