Weston Black, CES or Tropical would be my expectation from the teams that I have personally seen play this season. I haven't seen the ACYS Spirit team play, but I have heard that for a non-miami area team, they might have the ability to upset a probably miami area victory.

I don't think TBU (if that's what you meant by Tampa) are in the state cup. They have some talent for sure, but unless they have drastically improved style of play, an athletic, possession based team will handle them. They are a bit too kick and chase to be elite. They lost a few in their NPL league based on superior style of play.
