Why shouldn't someone coach both? Seems it would help the High School game.

True but at what expense if a coach missing training or game day DA Structure does that then take away from one and give to another program. So what�s more important coaches additional pay check or loss of development focus on the youth DA structure is my question ?

Since the DA structure does not allow HS playing time unless it�s a scholarship type merit but rare cases by players .

They would be a question for their employers to answer wouldn't it. They're the ones doing the hiring. It's not like qualified quality coaches grow on trees so they hire who they think will get the job done. If a DA team has a solid assistant coach will the head coach missing a few practices make a big difference? No it won't.

Coach HS until 5 then DA 6 or later. Problem is? Oh, there isn't one. Doesn't happen that often anyway but clearly you want to call someone out on it.

I want girls DA to play HS soccer my girl wants to play with her friends I am just trying to figure out why she can�t and her coach coaches a HS team . So why does it matter ? And if a HS coach can do both why can�t a kid ?

Let her play with her friends if she wants. DA is fine but it's not light years ahead of ECNL. As a league it is struggling. If she is good and she works at her skills she will be fine.

That was my point her HS coach is DA coach and she plays ECNL Prime But I would like her to play DA but she is not allowed to play so strange yet the coach coaches DA and he is allowed funny what a cluster .

Because: No problem coaching hs till 5/6pm and then coaching GDA till 7/8pm
BUT ussoccer rightly sees s problem with a girl practicing for 2hrs for her hs team and then practicing for 2hrs with her GDA team on top of it 4x/wk. Also a problem if she has to miss GDA trainings or games to play in hs games.

Yes it's a problem because physically that is way too much. If you can't see the difference between a player playing 4 hours a day and an adult standing 4 hours a day there's no hope for you. Then there's homework to get done by a reasonable hour as well. A coach is an adult working his job.
