    Training Waiver Form

Is there an FYSA training waiver form that will allow you to practice with another club than the one you are currently registered too or is a release the only thing that can be done. It’s the winter season and 1 club isn’t training anymore and this particular player has an opportunity to train with another club.

Only written permission from your club DOC to their club granting permission to train.

Yes you can train with another team and happens all the time. Go take every advantage you can to help your kids.

Yes! Screw the rules, responsibilities and the agreement you made with your club. Teach your kid that those are only for other people, not him/her. Nice parenting.

The club that is not training could be *******s and charge the training club with attempting to poach their players if it is an fysa team. "youth sports, always about the kids first!"
