Even worse.
There are a lot of teams that are far better then some of the top ranked teams but are ranked below. Don't get caught up in these rankings for they are mostly incorrect.

So basically there are no good rankings for teams out there. Got Soccer is not good at all.

To feed adult egos. Just another manifestation of the destructive forces wrought upon "youth" sports by adults.

Problem is if your not playing/winning tournaments you dont get points/rankings. Example, ECNL teams do not play in many if any basic tournaments thus their low rankings but i can tell you there are ECNL teams that far out rank others but it won't show.
Only way for those teams to rank high is to play these tournaments. Main thing is to not get caught up in any of these rankings. Both gotsoccer and this ranking site are not true representations of team rankings, that's a fact.

Youth soccer rankings is better but not great at all. Decent for a rough ranking but figure plus or minus a dozen spots, maybe more in some cases.

Most useful for looking at game histories when u are faced with an opponent at a tournament.u can see how the team preformed against other teams with which you are familiar. Can get a rough estimate of the competetive level of the team.

I agree 100%.

Both sites are bad. However I think Got Soccer is the worse of the two. It's unfortunate that's the site a lot of big showcases/tournaments (Disney, CASL, & Jefferson Cup) use to seed teams.

You do realize that no DA teams are even on these rankings right? The teams listed from DA clubs are either their 2nd or 3rd teams depending on whether or not the club also has ECNL. On the boys side I can assure you that at least the top 5 teams in each age group are DA teams, and the rest of the DA teams will all be in the top 15.

Ok, I stand corrected on my post above. But, holy cow...these are so off!!! Let�s look at the U15 2004 boys for example. The �#1� ranked team in FL is TBU. Not their DA team, not their ECNL team, their freaking C team. SMH.
The TBU DA team is 4th in the state in the U15 DA standings. The TBU ECNL team is 5th in their rankings. But the 3rd (C) team is the #1 team in the state??? LOL!
So that means that players 35-52 at a mediocre performing club makes up the best 2004 boys team in the state?
These rankings are now officially nullified!
