You are right.... all the small feeder clubs do is develop until U12/U13...than TBU puts those developed kids in the right position to make it to the next level, unlike the small feeder clubsComment

Of course, same as every other place in the state. Your kid plays at the closest local club U4 until between U11-U12. Then the kids with more talent (and interest) in the game move to a bigger club to develop from there. Why do people think that means those bigger clubs only steal from other clubs.
