    CFC ecnl boys

The indoor facility is awesome! coaching is strong! HOWEVER.......
    1) The outdoor turf fields are nowhere near completed
    2) practices are sporadic at best..
    3) parents are clearly upset yet the club hasn't developed an action plan to address.

oh I almost forgot we haven't practiced out-doors yet... and I know multiple clubs that have practiced outdoors.

Yikes.. When are the tryouts happening in CT?

Clearly the outdoor fields will ready soon. Why would you leave great coaches and a soon to be amazing facility? Maybe Johnny isn't playing enough?

      1. True
      2. Practices have been sporadic because of the weather. My boy is still getting his practices in though
      3. Grow some stones. If you are upset, talk with ED, your coach or someone else in management

Guess what those clubs that are practicing outside are sharing the fields with other teams. They Probably have less practice space than your team has

Agree. Why do people believe they need a full outdoor field for practice??? Game is played in small spaces all the time. Doesn't seem to be hurting the results for the teams at all on either side. Someone just looking for an excuse to get out of the bottom 1/3 of the roster

            1) One of the two outdoor fields will be done relatively soon.
            2) Practices are at the same time each week, with extra sessions added on occasion - how is that sporadic?
            3) Parents aren’t upset at all, because it is irrelevant that the two outdoor fields aren’t done yet. It hasn’t caused game cancellations or practice cancellations.

As someone else said, sorry that your kid doesn’t get as much PT as you’d like. At these ages there aren’t really any tryouts to speak of at the bigger clubs. I’d suggest getting your kid to some practice sessions with some other clubs ASAP so you can find him a better fit. Good luck.

With all the backlash that was received from the original post from a concerned individual. CFC just got a shot "across the bow" AC Ct just merged with CFC real. 14 teams just added to AC Ct. "Johnny might be a full time starter for United"

CFC United just lost a huge pool in the Southwest.

Why did CFC lose if AC CT merged with CFC Real? Did you mean that CFC Real merged into AC CT? Wow, that should make a powerhouse team. Does CFC Real even have any boys teams?

sorry.. It's the other way around CFC Real merged into AC CT. If you look at the website they currently have 8. With out all the details .. I'm assuming 7 from boys & 7 from girls

CFC Real is a start up. Based mainly in Danbury and New Milford. This is NMs club

They have a few younger boys teams. They also have some girls teams of all ages.

They have rarely if ever contributed players to CFCU. No impact to CFCU

It is a blow to CFC in SW CT. They don’t have much going on there. Samba was huge. CFC West was big. Real was small potatoes but still a flag there

For the girls program CFC is a flagship I don't see any impact however the boys program just started under the ENCL umbrella and this will impact them. if you are referring to the boys " rocky Hill united team" of coarse it won't impact them there up by Uconn.

Good move for PD. Now in addition to losing hundreds of thousands on NYA, he can lose thousands more on the Real program that loses money on every team because no one pays. Lol. I’d hate to be a parent that pays on one of those teams subsidizing everyone else. If PD works really hard, maybe he can find a way to piss away a cool mill each year. The worst part of the deal for AC CT is that the best kids will still leave for CFC and AC will be saddled with losing teams on and off the field.

quite a few according to the CFC website. This locks CFC out of that part of the state and puts more pressure on BS and EA as well.
