USSF and everyone ( including you) know who BBA DA really is. The strongest DA program in this are will not be touched.

USSF needs to maintain DA market share and is even looking into expanding. They need to keep clubs and won't jettison anyone.

Boston Breakers hold the DA "License"
NEFC has a contractual relationship with Breakers to indirectly have DA spot
What happens if Breakers dissolve?

NEFC would not have got the DA. Just as they didnt get ECNL.

Exactly. NEFC will need to apply. I can see the spot going to Bolts are Seacoast above NEFC because of the ties with the boys.
