Pot Use by More Young Athletes

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...HVy?li=BBnb7Kz
Seeing more and more pot use among high school soccer players and other athletes. College soccer programs test their athletes and will release any athlete found to have marijuana in their system. Do high schools have drug testing for athletes, and is it implemented with reason or randomly done? What do you think of Trump's administration having more federal laws over marijuana enforcement? Should Federal Laws be implemented to hinder State laws? California just enacted legal sale of Recreational Marijuana. New businesses are emerging off Marijuana from farming, delivery services to new marijuana flavored cuisine and health products. How will this affect America's culture and sports?

Dumb@ss. You're a perfect example of why people should not smoke pot, it makes you stupid. There are no "more federal laws over marijuana enforcement" under the Trump administration. Try reading some real news instead of listening to the fake news media blame Trump for everything.

Not sure what you libtards were expecting when you pushed to normalize the use of ILLEGAL drugs. Thank the Lord Jesus that Attorney General Jeff Sessions is doing his job and enforcing the supreme federal law of the land.

The kids must be obtaining the marijuana from parents or adults. Then it gets sold and abused by the kids. The stories coming out about so many soccer players is shocking. Good students and good athletes using marijuana, the gateway to other drugs.

Pot should not even be criminalized but should be treated the same as alcohol.

thanks grandma for your input, you can go back to your game of dominoes now. Good people and good athletes using alcohol, the gateway to felonies like DUI, domestic abuse, manslaughter, rape, those good old things right?

As a middle school counselor I can assure you they are not getting it from their parents. Kids have always been ingenious with getting drugs and alcohol for decades. By and large it is not a gateway drug nor is it addictive. Kids getting hooked on overprescribed pain.mess is a much bigger public health crisis. Athletes are more likely to get injured and the amount of pain.mess some docs prescribe borders on criminal.

Bingo. Not pro marijuana but alcohol is way worse. If they really cared, they'd go back to Prohibition days of alcohol being illegal too. On the other hand, whatever happened small government & states' rights? This is not my father's Republican Party.

What happened to libtards saying the federal government can do whatever it wants? If the federal government says pot is illegal, it is SO DECIDED bitch.

You just better hope that the Supreme Court doesn't reverse its ruling that that sodomy laws designed to criminalize same-sex sexual conduct is unconstitutional. You'll need to ride your boyfriend's Hershey Highway in the dark of night if that happens, bitch.............

You're exactly right. The current GOP is bastardizing the Republican party.

They say they want a smaller government yet the government is becoming more pervasive and intrusive.

                              They don't respect states' rights.

Drain the swamp? Yeah, right, the swamp is getting deeper and larger.

Observe the Constitution? Again, yeah, right. Trample the Constitution is more like it.

                              The clown show keeps going..............
