I understand that DAP us allowing teams to play down in age group those players deemed to be late developers and therefore smaller. Any thoughts? How do they define smaller and how do they monitor this for abuse by the clubs?
Also, I can't find if this is a new rule or mandate by USSF. Seems kind of hushed up.
