My daughter's team did this event 4 years in a row. Last year was the last straw. Horrible scheduling and even worse fields. "Showcase" event was just a title. When they put showcase teams at 8:00 games on a Sunday morning, no college coach is coming to watch that. And that field in particular had no goals. We had to use the football uprights with no nets. Yep, quality tournament. Thankfully, the club missed the application deadline this year and we skipped it.

West Pines has become a crap tournament. Same goes for the Orange Classic. Identical setup, but at a different time of year. Stay away from that one too.

We had a great time. Great job with the rescheduling. I�m pretty sure the ones crying probably had no chance at a final anyway.

Come by the tent. We�ll give you a medal.

We had a great time too! Our team got to play in a number of games against weaker competition while all of the top teams played each other. We would also like the tournament director to know that we really appreciate him with the tough duty of rescheduling the games and giving us enough rest so we could at least rest and eat between games while the other teams had to stick around and wait to see if they had to play or not and then when they did play games with little rest between. We know that this tournament always has weather problems and some of you didn't even get their money back from last year. Rest assured, that money was well spent as we were able to go out and buy a tent and buy those really cool fold up chairs for the players to sit on during their games. Lastly, we just want to thank you for the wonderful medals and the team trophy. It is a great way to kick off the season! Thank you! Thank you!

Bunch of fucx tards!! The tournament was great. The weather sucked early and they handled best they could. People love complaining about anything.

Sorry to break you the news but college coaches no longer go to "travel" tournaments unless its the Dallas or Jefferson Cup. Who are you kidding? If your child is not in a DA program where the college coaches show up to DA Showcases to recruit. Sorry to be honest and frank with you but your child will not be seen in ANY of the TRAVEL tournaments. Reality check my friend not even the POS Weston Cup where quality has been down year after year, it's a clown fest and giving your money to Weston. You must be new, college coaches at a travel tournament LOL this made my morning LOLOLOLOLOL!

This guys kid's team got eliminated early, thats why he is mad. Who gives a crap if there were coaches there or not. Kids were busy, playing, having fun, competing, learning, growing! better than have them sitting at home in front of the TV!!

There's no reason to be so condescending along with being incorrect. While there may not be coaches at the local tournaments, there are lots of coaches at many events that don't include DA. Enjoy your time with the rich and elite.
