Does anyone know why the Team Boca U-18 team had to forfeit their three state cup games? Initially, they had won their first two games last weekend but now both those games and their game this weekend have been marked as 4-0 losses.

That appears to be the case. I vaguely remember Team Boca getting in a bench and parent clearing brawl with the Twisters, maybe? There were some 6 game suspensions, perhaps a red card suspension for a Boca player was not served?
