If you are good enough, you don't need a tryout or ID camp. The coaches already know the girls they want from the WFF.
I can also tell you, it depends on the team you are trying to get on.

Or just introduce yourself this Saturday before or after a game!

Or even better, play well.
But again, as I stated, these coaches already know the talent on WFF/TBU.
If you are worried about the ability to attend an ID camp to get on a team, then you are probably not good enough.

This is great news and another opportunity for TBU to load up every team with 22 players and promise all of them they will get shared training and playing chances with the teams above them. Let's not forget that the 4 players for each team that cannot travel will be placed on the lower team to play those weekends. These lower teams will now have players that will sit the bench due to the added players from above. Promises, promises. I would warn all parents that if the coaches are talking....you 1) need boots & 2) need to get the promises in writing so at the end of the year you can hold them accountable. They will treat the top team players like gold and continuously lie and promise to the rest.
GOOD LUCK!

Coaches were up front the best kids would play and travel the others would play games on lower level. Reality check for a lot of players and parents.

If we are to improve in the ECNL after this learning, I expect that we will see teams restructured along true age vs playing up as we have many doing now, it will hurt some feelings yes, but it is what we honestly need to do to win
