Maybe it wasn't the coach ...... Either bring up kids and alum from our vaunted DA program or go out and scour the earth for foreign players with some type of American connection. A year and a half to find some stronger players.

What a disgrace. And that was Serbia's second or third level team. And they got robbed of a penalty kick early on and should have won the game.

It was especially sad to listen to him after the game talk as though the team played great.
But then again, the coach is a just another dinosaur.

US can't beat a 3rd world country. Do they have running water in Serbia? Men's soccer will never ever be anything in the US. Can't compete at all and no matter who the coach is it won't happen.

He has the right to express his opinion, even on topics outside soccer.
And this is a President very few will ultimately have no opinion about.
You should should be glad Bradley has this right, just as you do to take issue with it.

DOLT!
...if it's ok with you I will still exercise my right to ignore this embarrassment of a team.

But I can agree that the program is heading nowhere. So let's do it to the girls too! Make America great again!

There are many smaller and less endowed countries that perform far better than the US on the world soccer stage. It isn't just about the talent pool (ours is just fine) and resources (we certainly have plenty of that) but how the program is run, the quality of the coaching, talent identification and development. We are failing on all of the latter.
