Love to know the birth year of Portugal's team. Something ain't right about this. Even if it's right a bright future is not defined by one win.

Great but just 3 months ago this same team gave up six goals to Mexico ( lost 3-6)...still only 2nd best in CONCACAF...

They also drew against Brazil and England and defeated France. 16-4-7 is pretty good.

Watch the video. Portugal dominated first twenty minutes then their back line fell apart.

These are impressive results and could be a good indicator of a national team in 8 -10 years that could compete with the elite. i If I was head of US soccer I would be thinking of how to keep these players out of the college game which will hamper their development. Hopefully they will all go pro with MLS or even better with teams in Europe.

Watched the same game. Impressive result however between the 2 teams USA was weaker of the 2 in possession and first touch. They do look physically more imposing than Portugal. Faster and stronger. Was abled to bump players off the ball. First touch was dreadful.

USA played against a team that either didnt show up or really stinks. Hopefully the next two games are more competitive

when (give the time stamp on the video) was the first touch dreadful? I'll bet you won't find more than five. Portugal looked slow and lethargic defending.

well it's easy to have a great first touch when the other team is "slow and lethargic"

Typical dysfunctional US Soccer. Title says 6-1. Text says 7-1.
