As much as the Timbers don't need to these two clubs need to combine forces. I've heard though that JF's ego won't allow it.

Oh, the Timbers need Salmon Creek. They're just to stupid to realize it.

For properly developed players for the girls side. WashT lost all their talented girls years ago.

They're both located in SW Washington and they're both heavily involved in youth soccer.
              Cool .....

You mean like developing the two players that are in the article?

Or do you mean the +180 girls they grew by this year?

Or is it the developed players that they send to the Thorns, Timbers DA or ECNL.

W T F C players are well sought after by top Portland clubs. We get it. The Seattle clubs are in line asking for them also. Just like the six high school players that guest played for two Seattle teams in surf cup.

It didn't have too many big words so that yokles from Vancouver could read it and understand it. THAT's what made it a great article. When you're reading level is Cat in the Hat, you set the bar low.

The other clubs are always looking for raw athletes to develop into real soccer players. WashT is a big club in Vantucky and naturally has a few of these athletes that start out there. Once they realize the club can't develop them, they quickly head elsewhere. Hence the complete talent black hole from U14 and up at WashT.
