The WST Copa '02's are essentially the same U13 team from last year. The '03's are playing up at '02 so they could stay together.

Copa TS. Kept most of their '03's as play-ups on '02 team so they could all stay together.

Good. That's what most rec teams do

Or kids that genuinely like each other and push themselves to get better. There is tremendous value in continuity from a team standpoint. There is also a lot of value in long term relationships that carries through the next 50 years of their lives.

Splitting up close friends for the purpose of "development" is very short sighted.

Their 03's made the Pre-Ecnl teams look sub par. That will be a good group. Did the get some good 02's to go with them?

Dont respond to ECNL parent trolls. They are mad that their gamble is making them look like fools along with the fact that their coach is recruiting like made from these teams that the ECNL parents are insulting.

Splitting up teams is a great opportunity to make new friends. Our kids are raised to be soft in today's society. They need some backbone and skills that help them become more resilient to change.

What a load of bull. Teams getting broken up 99% of the time are because of misguided parents. Leave the kids to do what they want.
