So for the U14 DA showcase what happen to Kendall. I thought that Matias was going to pick the best kids have the winning season. Oh forgot he picked big not so good a few small just to show he is trying to pick fair. But I guess he can't coach because they can't win. Hmmmmm Kendall will always be bad. Oh and I don't have a kids this age so it's not about being picked. It's about his arrogance he is at tryouts with the other coaches and they have no idea what they are looking at.

There are no coaches at Kendall that can spot talent....none...If they pick a talented player it is accidental, and they take their soccer soul shortly thereafter with their USSDA mandated robotic style of play.....May god have mercy on their souls... -

Coaches get some right, some wrong. No different at Academy. Happens every year. Usually, though, it works itself out during the year and the better players rise and the lesser ones fade. So if you don't like it, tell your kid to make an impact on the field. That will force the coaches to notice. If your kid can play, you will see it and so will others. The eyes don't lie. Can understand your frustration, though, because sometimes the coaches are wrong. Good luck.Comment
