What happens to loyal Valeo players?

There are several players leaving my sons team. Now what happens to players and families that stay loyal to Valeo? We feel the team is now in a bad situation.

The same that happens with every club when players move on:

    Stay

    or

    Move on yourself

Loyalty is a cool concept, but not reality. Valeo is no different.

It's a lot easier to be loyal when there are no other options. Stay loyal.

Valeo leftovers parents are going to be a sad bunch. They want to do the chest thumping bragadacio but it's so pathetic they almost invoke pity. Almost.

The Dutch, save for one, aren't known for individual flair. More of a team concept built on fluid play.

Good try to interject your Commonwealth blubber though

With U12 DAP Valeo becomes a Revs feeder, so the best kids will leave every year leaving the others stranded.

Players are already leaving for GPS, Bolts, and NEFC for their DA programs.

Oh come on. Nobody in their right mind would leave Valeo for GPS!

                      True, and yes that's why.

Is TS Police taking his kid to Bolts? Would be a loss.

We have friends at this club and have seen great things from watching some games. Seems like MA or maybe just Valeo comes late to the Academy concept. The top kids in the NJ area aspire to Academy, especially MLS from U8. Our teammates have been proud and happy to have had the opportunity to play together and have different aspirations. The level of soccer drops off dramatically at U13 in our area from top kids pursuing academy aspirations. This is seen as a compliment to the club, not a detriment.
