    Coaching recommendations

Who runs a challenging practice in the Taunton/ Fall River area? Next year I'll have a u10 girl and u13 girl. The u10 is ready to join a club. The u13 might make a move from her Maple club. League doesn't matter but coach does.

this is the last place i would go for recommendations. talk to people who have kids in local clubs and solicit feedback, and then go and either (or both) observe a practice or ask for a chance to tryout without the team and get some feedback. That will tell you what you need. Plenty of big and small clubs and depending on how far you want to/are willing to travel. I am sure there is one that suits your daughters needs.

Define challenging based on your innumerable years of soccer practice watching.

My advice, if you can afford it, hire Jose Mourinho. Heard he is available these days for some extra work. Comes highly recommended.

Completely agree. Lot's of agendas on this site. I do commend you for realizing that coaching is much more important then the club. Good and bad coaches on all of the clubs including the club that all of my kids are one. The only thing that I would be careful about is going to a club that switches coaches every couple of years as this doesn't seem like the right fit for you. I think there is some good points to that philosophy in that you get to play under different coaching philosophies and styles, but I'm in your camp about finding the right coach that truly trains and develops kids.

Are you kidding? Biggest ass hole in the game.
And you think JD uses derogatory language towards his players?
