Team has blown up because of the coach. Best players have left or want to leave. Parents that are left just keep looking around for the next family to leave. I understand that the initial reaction is that we should support the coach, that is what I did, but the writing seems to be on the wall. Central Broward boys team, coach has been a disaster.

Dont want to single out the program or team, because a lot of good minded people invovled. Just a coach who may be very skilled at what he does, but has no way to communicate it to the kids or their families. Post game speeches were the best, until they were not. CBS Has been imploding for awhile now. they have the same issue as every other club in Brevard U13 they become very thin in talent if they can keep the core group together then they have a chance. but just look at the very talented 02/03s they had now those kids are all over the place but in the end Brevard just has too many clubs. this needs to be consolidated into 3 very good clubs but clubs that are not trying to rip people off BSA,Comment

Get the parent's organized for a meeting with the DOC. If you don't get satisfaction from that meeting, pay your season and release fee and go somewhere else.
