All the other threads go off on rants and raves none of them actually talk about what has been done but rather whats going to be done. So what has been done and accomplished?

You don't read well and won't accept the truth anyway but here goes:

1) old, tired good ol boys staff let go
2) new staff hired, including one of the best DOC's in area, excellent GM, and a Youth Director who is bringing enthusiasm and a great resume
3) 2 brand new state of the art turf fields plus lights.
4) improved grass fields, in fact, hired a permanent grounds person making a difference
5) increased membership from last year, first year growing since a complicated merger
6) connections with local businesses, with potential sponsorships looming
7) released some of bottom tier coaches not interested in new vision
8) implemented routine training sessions for coaching staff by the DOC, probably the most qualified in the metro area to do so
9) new curriculum handed out to coaching staff, watched by new DOC while sessions occur at new home base, turf fields
10) academy style training together with A, B teams because it's possible with turf fields
11) small improvements to parking lot, soccer tennis courts added, concrete poured under port o potties
12) a sense of pride by players and coaches training under the lights
13) an auction that sold out tables early
14) parents who are talking positively on the sidelines

Stadium field coming spring of 2016 to complete the third field.
I've heard that they have a donor for a building that will be like starfire. Restaurant, work out facility and 6 futsal courts. If they land that, game, set, match

Planned implosion of teams over u14

On and on. Spin and hype all you want. There have been upgraded w/ turf fields and minor stuff. All window dressing to the same diseased culture.
A sad attempt to follow FCPs program with a Walmart approach.

Can't wait for the donor to build Starfire -Vancouver. Lol.
