    Fc portland parents are getting worse

    Ok. I've been at this for many years now. Each club has those teams with crazy parents. But OMG. There is an uptick in extreme poor behavior over the last 2-3 years by FC PDX parents... And right now it's at an all time high (or low I should say). Horrible screaming, yelling at the refs and opposing players. Actually cheering for injuries. Yelling at kids to stop faking, you're wasting time. I literally just dropped my jaw watching 'adults' behave like thugs. Mean ones. I just wanted to get out of there. What a horrible experience. Even my kid was embarrassed for them, asking questions about why do they act like that?

    What is going on FC? Do you really want that reputation?

                          I was at the FC B02 game yesterday waiting for our game. I only saw the 2nd half. The parents were atrocious. Almost exactly as the OP described. I can't imagine being part of that. It was unacceptable behavior from adults. I felt so bad for the young lady reffing I wanted to step in. But I probably would have been attacked like a pack of wolves so I minded my own business and just waited it out. Total embarrassment for them.

                            2001: Mid-pack finish OYSA and drawing a third division B team in nwcl
                            2002: Early elimination from nwcl

                              FC is very expensive. They used to be a top club but have fallen into the middle of the pack. Those 2 things are fact. My theory is the FC parents are a bit angry as they try to reconcile these. Why am I paying so much more money to be average?
