The Conference removed a very strong club in CSA and added an equivalent in Jax. Tophat is a Very significant addition and that will help boost the conference IMO. OCYS is overall the same maybe slightly weaker in U16 age group. WFF is overall the same. Boca was a weak addition and will have growing pains. Concorde has weakend slightly with some key losses to Tophat and Jax (DPs). Overall, to me its a slight bump. However, There was addition of two teams that will probably have a very nice impact Jax U17 and Tophat U16. I guess we will see. First games begin this weekend. I think its great bringing in Top Hat,Jacksonville and Boca. Top Hat and Jacksonville at every age will provide great competition right away. Everyone is bashing Boca so they will have something to prove and they will. Welcome to all three Club's. It will be a great year.Comment

You can add the u15's to the impact list also. The u15 jfc team now has the clay girls and they were competing regionally last year. I think clay and top hat were 1 and 2 in r3ple.Originally posted by Unregistered View PostComment

I agree that Tophat and Jax will become immediately competitive. At least in the Southeast Conference. I think Boca will struggle a lot. While Tophat and Jax have competed in R3PL with good results, for the most part Boca has not. They really do not have much of a clue what they are getting into. There are at least 3 deserving clubs in Florida who didnt get ECNL . FKK TBU Sunrise. So give it up for Jacksonville and Boca and OCYS support Florida girls.Comment

The only team that has a valid beef is Sunrise. TBU and FKK are a stones throw from existing ECNL Clubs. If those girls want to play ECNL, they need only drive a few miles away.Originally posted by Unregistered View PostComment

Sunrise, TBU and FKK need to start new and different opportunities for their players. There will be no more Florida Ecnl clubs in the foreseeable years. But other top clubs can make their own showcases.
