It's a shame this league is no longer the quality league it once was. A couple decent teams in each age group amd the rest are B teams not capable of competing in FSPL.

yep to many leagues has caused dilution. FSPL, NPL each have about 1/2 quality teams the rest are average at best.

I would say that FSPL has about 2/3 quality teams and NPL has about 1/4 quality teams. Now, I am looking at specifically the U16 boys this year, so it may vary depending on the age groups.

Yeah, and you are the ass troll that continues to beat this stupid drum. You play on your team and in the leagues you are set for. Play and win. Come back around SC time and then beat your stupid drum. Since you feel the need to split hairs I can only guess that your team ONLY plays in the FSPL. Sorry about that. Most BETTER teams would be playing in FSPL and another high quality league at the same time.

Yes, Didn't R3pl add more teams this year? Watering down that league.

Man, must of touched a nerve. Just an opinion and you you know what they say about opinions. The only above average teams that I see in FPL are FC FL, WFF, OCYS and possibly the Chargers due to the influx of DA players. In FSPL U16 I see Sunrise, Coral Gables, NFM, OCYS, Strictly, RM, Clay, BSA, FL Rush, Lake Worth, Ives as being above average to different degrees, but none the less, above average. But really, how is it even possible to compare when FPL goes by calender years and FSPL does not. I am really just comparing the true U16 teams and not considering the U17 players that would be playing down, after having seen all these teams play last year. This also does not take into account players lost or added to each team. I was just responding to someone posting that each league has 1/2 quality teams and I responded with my opinion, real or in my gut. Sorry.

Though NPL is calendar year, most FPL teams play their normal school year team. They could add depth by moving the rosters around but in my experience they don't.

Actually I think maybe WFF does. I could be wrong.

True. Dilution.... NPL got off well and then FSPL came along sucking out the talent ....and R3PL pulls the top.... plus now that Both FSPL and R3PL are expanding to multiple divisions it gets thinner and thinner..... Just wait, in another year or two the next best thing will come along....

                            NPL sucks!!!

It is a club based league, so if a club has a weak team in an age group that age group will have little competition.

Promotion/ relegation is the way for better competition!!!!
