This website is for players, coaches and parents. The site is providing you free of charge videos with which football players can steadily improve their technique. The main target group is football players involved in the first two years of their training. However, these drills can also be used by all other players who want to practise them repeatedly.

This site is offering 25 drills combined in 30 lessons. This offer is free of charge; no registration is required and no advertising is involved.

You can try it with any age, up to u17, because soooo many players have been under-coached. Just blows my mind when working with kids what my coaching predecessors haven't done.

Mastering technical skills at a young age is not either not a priority or not understood as important.

Hence, if a child can't trap the ball perfectly, how can you expect them to redistribute at speed if they're still trying to control the ball?

Just blows my mind when I see the volume of poor trapping. :^(

My daughter plays on an older ECNL team and it is appalling to see some girls on her team who still cannot trap correctly. And the girls who can't strike well with their off foot. My dd takes pride in her skills and works hard at them. She makes it a priority to work on basic skills on her own to make sure they are where she thinks they should be. It all started with a good skills coach when she was young.
