What a week for US Men's Soccer

Beating Netherlands and Germany on the road in the same week (coming from behind both times).

    U20s on to the quarterfinals.

Hell, the Timbers have rolled out 3 straight wins.

    Damn good week!

No one cares on this site about men's soccer. Apparently, it is not a real sport in the U.S... so it is not humanly possible that we just beat Netherlands and Germany on the road.

We should fight about the merits of ECNL vs Thorns some more.

          ECNL is very expensive.

That's what I hear. And the quality is not so good either. At least in Oregon.

Nor Birmingham, that's why we play them so often.

It has been a good week for the men. It's nice to see them getting big wins vs. Europe. Usually our biggest win in a season is against Mexico.

TS is for girls soccer! No one cares about boys futbol on this site. Most of the best US male athletes play other sports.

Speak for yourself. I am sick of hearing the rants about ecnl and Oysa. Put on your big girl pants and play soccer.

The reason you don't hear about boys on here is boys teams/Parents aren't drama queens. They take it on the field and resolve it there.

Thorns is mildly expensive and sucks.

Careful Angry ECNL Poster. I will fly Alrx Morgan down to hold you down while Meagan Rapinoe gives you the backside business. You recall how you felt the last time that happened?

This is what I was going to mention. I am even more excited by our showing in the U20 WC than the friendlies, all of it is awesome though.

Best thing about the U20's is we have real, legit individual talents for the first time that I can remember since the Donovan and Beasley, among the best of those is the pride of Beaverton, Rubio Rubin!
