You have that confused with ECNL where 80% of the players are less than elite and have no chance at playing in college, well PCC maybe. $10,000 for forced weekend vacations, crummy competition, no scholarship and a nice patch that says Elite. All so that you can brag to the co-workers, and post on Facebook.
