The environment around the Stirling club has turned around completely in the past year. I have had all three of my kids at Dunedin for over 7 years, last year at this time it was chaos, many different factions fighting for control of the club with the previous regime pushing hard for the club to keep the status quo. The status quo was not working for 99% of the kids at Dunedin, the deck was stacked with certain teams getting all the benefits because of whom was in control of the club. A funny thing happened, the ones that controlled the club left and told everyone that the club was doomed and was going under, but the toxic atmosphere dissipated, and in my opinion the club improved by eliminating these people. Then the club hired Loewen, and he seems to be an energetic guy that the kids enjoy being around.

Will the Dunedin tryouts be held at the club fields or at the middle school fields?

The tryouts listed above are to be held at the Dunedin Stirling Soccer complex located on Virginia Street. The club conducting tryouts at the middle school is not affiliated with Dunedin Stirling and they are located in South Tampa, they will not be using the city of Dunedin soccer training facilities, you will have to transport your child to South Tampa for their practices.

Thanks for the heads up. We were hoping stirling and Liverpool were affiliated and were planning to go and try out. I guess we will be at the middle school try outs. Thanks for clarifying.

Can anyone tell me what field the U17 girls will have tryouts on tonight? This will be our first time at a Dunedin tryout, as I recall they have multiple fields, so which field should we show up at?

New U13 Girls team forming at West Florida. Good turnout but still looking for about 6-7 players for a healthy squad.

West Florida is $600 more than Dunedin per season. A new team at that age group will play in D2 or D3 of the USA League way too much money. Most of the teenage girls B teams at WFF have blown up in the past few years most of these girls are now at Dunedin, Celtic or Oldsmar which are a lot cheaper for the same level of sccer

We left WFF last year for a smaller club because the training at WFF was terrible, had a parent coach that cost us nearly $1700
