No predictions regarding ECNL, but I predict you will continue to waste your energy talking about it to death. Even after your dd had left her soccer days from the clubs b team.

Actually, there will always be tons of parents willing to shell out thousands to help support the 15% of girls who really benefit from ECNL. On behalf of those 15% I say "thanks". You are making it so much more affordable for us. Please tell your daughters to not get in the way, pass the ball and don't complain about sitting the bench.

The ECNL girls sitting on the bench should go to Thorns Academy. Thorns are in dire need of players.

Actually, they should, but it's not likely they will make the team. Plus dad would not longer get to brag that they are "elite".

What was different from last year? ECNL team added 1 day of practice more than last year and the girls got to play in Florida. The coaching hasn't been any better. They promised thing that never happened. Disappointing.

You can say exactly the same thing about Thorns Academy EXCEPT the academy broke even more promises... too many to list actually...
