    Region B Boys

My daughter played in the final four this past weekend and watched an awesome U 12 boys game between two great Orlando City Teams. It is amazing to see how the game has progressed. You could not watch u12 soccer 10 years ago like that in the states.

    Signed,

Parent of one of the boys on one of the u12 teams trying to pretend he was just watching the game to see if anyone would talk about how great the game was.

Funny how the purple 1 team entered in u12 while other regions top teams in A and C decided to play in under 13 tournaments or pass on going back down to 8v8 to trophy hunt.

TBU is not even the top team u12 Boys in region C. They will lose by 3-4 goals to purple 1

Do you take everyone on here so seriously? I was kidding...see smiley face ;). Comment was in reference to long running TBU bashing thread. Also we may get an answer as TBU won Region C.

You realize the fact that p1&2 are so strong come 11v11 they are going to be very formidable even taking in the fact that some might move to the u14 DA. Also it might be of note who gives a **** if a u12 team plays u13 and loses as they are not physically mature against a true u13 team why not try to win their age appropriate tournament. OC also may have been thinking the fact they didn't win region and presidents cup at u11 they wanted another go before going to state cup at u13

because OC 1 could not get it done when all the good teams entered u11....they did not even make it to the semi-finals.

P2 did, p1 went out on the stupid goal conceded rule without losing a game.not sure why I'm arguing as my kid is at another club and has never played at OC

We played P2 twice in the tournament. Quality everywhere. Very impressive.

This is true, but I don't think they can contest with OC yet but according to some of the feedback the TBU U12B seem to be making strides. Someone said in the other thread this is the first yr that they played together and have several new kids on the team, so actually to win Region C is pretty impressive. But only time will tell if they can really contest with the OCs and JFCs ( which they tied this season).

Don't know about that. They lost by 4 earlier this season and they didn't even have any type of style or team personality since they were essentially a new team put together. I think it may be a little closer than that now. Oh and TBU won Region C.

TBU parent but not with U12Boys :)

TBU U12 boys are not even close to being the top group of 12's in their region. I would put Clearwater in 1st and WFF at 2nd, by a good distance. There may also be some other good groups in the region, beyond those two groups, that still may be better than TBU. They must first get up to that level in their own region before they are able to compete with OC and JFC, or some of the S FL teams that will be up and coming.

Well I guess it's a matter of opinion, but the results of the Region C Tournament says otherwise.
