My daughter played in the final four this past weekend and watched an awesome U 12 boys game between two great Orlando City Teams. It is amazing to see how the game has progressed. You could not watch u12 soccer 10 years ago like that in the states.

Parent of one of the boys on one of the u12 teams trying to pretend he was just watching the game to see if anyone would talk about how great the game was.

Funny how the purple 1 team entered in u12 while other regions top teams in A and C decided to play in under 13 tournaments or pass on going back down to 8v8 to trophy hunt.

OC also may have been thinking the fact they didn't win region and presidents cup at u11 they wanted another go before going to state cup at u13

Someone said in the other thread this is the first yr that they played together and have several new kids on the team, so actually to win Region C is pretty impressive. But only time will tell if they can really contest with the OCs and JFCs ( which they tied this season).

There may also be some other good groups in the region, beyond those two groups, that still may be better than TBU. They must first get up to that level in their own region before they are able to compete with OC and JFC, or some of the S FL teams that will be up and coming.
